FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

Q: What if I just want to be there for Saturday only?
A: You must be registered to be a part of the event.

Q: Can I just "tag along" on some drives without paying any fees?
A: NO, there are other costs, such as insurance and administrative expenses.

Note: Not only is this event non-profit, but, in an effort to keep the registration fees at a minimum, there usually is not enough money after expenses to reimburse the volunteers for their supplies and expenses.

Q: What is the cancellation/refund policy for the event?
A: Contact the hotel directly for hotel refunds.  Refunds for registration fees will be based on funds available and the refunds PSF receives from the applicable vendors.

Q: Will we have name tags?
A: Yes. Name tags will be required for all activities. The colored "dot" on the name tag confirms payment for the applicable activity.

Q: Is lodging included in the registration fees?
A: No, Any and all hotel fees and services are the responsibility of the participants. See: “LODGING”.

Q: Do I have to register for the event and the hotel separately?
A: YES. Register on the Pacific Sharkfest website for the event. Register with the Forest Suites separately. See: “LODGING”.

Q: Is there special parking for PSF?
A: Yes. There will be a parking lot dedicated to paid PSF Registrants at the hotel.

Q:  Do I have to participate in the Saturday Car Show?
A:  The Car Show is a "People's Choice" event.  All registered cars are automatically entered. Each PSF registrant will get one vote for the car he/she likes the best. Any car can win.
